Payment & Delivery
Order Placement
You can place an order directly on our website or via Instagram Direct. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends.

Choose any convenient payment option:
- Online card payment (Visa, MasterCard) at checkout
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- IBAN bank transfer
A fiscal receipt will be sent to your email address provided at checkout. No paper receipt is included in the parcel.
Delivery Within Ukraine
Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta across Ukraine.
- Dispatch within 3 business days after order placement
- Delivery takes 1–3 business days from dispatch
- Free delivery on orders over 3 000 UAH
- For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated according to Nova Poshta's current rates

International Delivery
We ship internationally via international postal services. Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated individually. Please contact us via Instagram Direct or through our contacts page for details.
Returns & Exchanges
Cosmetic products are non-returnable in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No.172 dated March 19, 1994.
If your order arrived damaged, missing items or with a manufacturing defect — you are eligible for a refund. Please contact us at solabxskin@gmail.com or via Instagram Direct.
