Terms and Conditions (Public Offer)

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. Seller — Sole Proprietor (FOP) Kyivska K.V.

1.2. Buyer — any legally capable individual who places an order and purchases goods from the Seller on the website mysolab.com for personal use not related to business activities.

1.3. Product — skincare products, beauty devices and related items presented on the website mysolab.com.

1.4. Online Store — the Seller's website located at mysolab.com, created for the remote sale of goods.

2. General Provisions

2.1. This document is the official public offer of the Seller to conclude a sales contract with any Buyer under the terms set out herein.

2.2. The contract is concluded by acceptance — clicking the "Place Order" button at checkout by the Buyer.

2.3. All terms are the same for all Buyers in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

2.4. The Seller has the right to make changes to the offer without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

3. Subject of the Contract

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product under the terms set out in this offer.

4. Order Placement

4.1. Orders are placed by the Buyer independently on the website or via Instagram Direct.

4.2. After placing an order, the Buyer receives confirmation by email.

4.3. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

4.4. The Seller has the right to cancel an order at the confirmation stage.

4.5. All information provided by the Buyer must be accurate. In case of errors, the Seller is not responsible for non-fulfillment or delay in fulfilling the order.

5. Price and Payment

5.1. Prices on the website are stated in Ukrainian hryvnias and are valid at the time of placing the order.

5.2. Available payment methods: online card payment (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, IBAN bank transfer.

5.3. Ownership of the Product passes to the Buyer at the moment of its actual transfer to the Buyer or to the carrier.

5.4. A fiscal receipt is sent to the email address provided at checkout. No paper receipt is included in the parcel.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends.

6.2. Free delivery on orders over 3 000 UAH. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated according to Nova Poshta's current rates.

6.3. International delivery is available upon individual request via Instagram Direct.

6.4. International deliveries do not include customs duties or taxes of the recipient's country.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No.172 dated March 19, 1994, cosmetic products are not subject to return or exchange.

7.2. Before shipping, each order is carefully checked for compliance and absence of defects.

7.3. The Buyer must carefully inspect the goods upon receipt before leaving the pickup point.

7.4. If damage, missing items or manufacturing defects are found, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately. Contact: solabxskin@gmail.com or Instagram Direct.

7.5. In the case of confirmed manufacturing defects, the Seller will exchange the goods or refund the money within 5 business days from receiving the returned goods.

8. Liability of the Parties

8.1. The Seller and the Buyer are liable for fulfilling their obligations in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. The Parties are released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances (war, emergencies, natural disasters, actions of state authorities, etc.).

8.3. The Party unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure must notify the other Party within 3 calendar days.

9. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection

9.1. The Seller undertakes not to transfer the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except as required by law or necessary for order fulfillment (e.g. courier services).

9.2. The Buyer is responsible for keeping their personal data accurate and up to date.

10. Other Provisions

10.1. This contract is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

10.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be considered in court in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

10.3. The invalidity of certain provisions does not affect the validity of other provisions.
